Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Vardhman Healthcare (VHC), a division of Vardhman Stampings Pvt. Ltd. (VSPL) is a separate division of the VSPL Group of Companies. Mr. Deepak Shah, Joint Managing Director & CEO of Vardhman Healthcare has many years of experience in setting-up new businesses and especially, of marketing pharmaceutical products across geographies. The company mainly deals in Pharmaceuticals, Herbal (Ayurvedic) Formulations, Nutraceuticals, Sports Nutrition, Confectionary, Herbal OTC and Raw Materials.
VSPL is a 27 years old business with a strong track record in allied industries that straddle chemical supplies, detergents, drum and barrel manufacturing, packaging industry, electric steel products and transformer radiators. However, the collective experience of all the group companies and the key members involved, exceeds an impressive 100 years. Established in 1970, Family Owned Group has been aggressively foraying into new markets with a variety of specialty products, whenever and wherever the Group has spotted a marketing opportunity.
